Ugliness personified
Meet Bezalel Smotrich, the Israeli Finance Minister. He is also a member of the War Cabinet, that body created in government in the aftermath of the murderous Hamas actions on October 7, 2023. The same body had also become known as the “Death Cabinet” by Israeli Opposition Leader Yair Lapid, by virtue of their brutal behaviour throughout Gaza.
Mr Smotrich is 44 years old and married, father to seven children. He is a settler illegally dwelling in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. This is in contravention of international law.
On August 7 of this year he said this: “No one in the world will allow us to starve two million people, even though it might be justified and moral in order to free the hostages.” The Israeli hard-right faction and Zionist movement is off the rails and in the ditch.
